By Signing up to be an affiliate in the Acme Themes Affiliates program you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (T &C).
This terms and conditions can be updated from time to time without notice, and you can review the most current version of T&C any time on this page.
Violation of any below terms and conditions will result in the termination of account and we may not responsible to provide the earned amount. You need to agree and use the terms and conditions at your own risk. All the members of the affiliates need to act on the basis of below T & C.
Account Terms
Here are some listed terms of your account. Read this terms carefully before signing up.
- You must be 18 years older to be a part of this affiliates program.
- You must be human. Account registered by ‘bots’ or any other automatic process is not allowed.
- You need to provide your legal name, address and all the required information. You need to provide any other information in case of need to complete the registration process.
- You need to be responsible for all the information and content under your account.
- You are not allowed to use affiliates program for an illegal and unauthorized purpose.
How it Works
You need to provide refer for new buyers to any of the Acme Themes products and you’ll receive a percentage of their first purchase of your account Credits or first purchase of an item!
After the registration, every user will get the referral code and link. Use that code and link to provide the referrals link on Acme Themes.
Referrals Commissions and Payments
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We are not responsible to pay if our system doesn’t tracked. Referrals will get 50% on affiliates and you must have $100 to get paid.
Limitation of Liability
Acme Themes will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Relationship between us
You and Acme Themes (We) are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint ventures or any employment relationship between two parties. You will get the commission on the referral sales only. You will not make any statement about the agreement on your site.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The United States, without reference to rules governing the choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
