Reply To: What is the section right underneath my blog post and how do I edit it?

Hello Macro,
As per your screenshot, it seems that it is a image inside the blog post. Please edit that post and check whether image or not. The below arrow are post navigation and you can control them from Appearance > Customize > Single Post Options
Please check once and let us know.
