Is the theme your are using is the latest one? Is the WordPress as well? If there is no any issues on the demo and only on your site, it may be that you are not using the latest theme or there my be conflicts with the plugin. We will try to find the best possible way to solve your problem as well. Try once yourself to find the cause. 🙂
