As per the design perspectives, only the text appears on the front end. If you need image and link to that image, you need to customize the theme.
Please find the codes of that widget in acmethemes/sidebar-widget/acme-testimonail.php file and customize the codes as your need.
Note: Child Theme is recommended to customize the theme.
