If you want to make the Scroll to down clickable and want to scroll the site towards down, you can add the section IDs there. In every widget, you have field to add the Section ID. Enter the same IDs on Widget and on button link. Example: if you add the “about-us” IDs on widget and if you add the “#about-us” on that button URL, it will help to scroll to down on that widget section as our demo. Please check the demos and understand the use of it.
