I think the same too. I asked for them to uninstall de the SSL, so I can test if is this the problem.
I´ll let you know.
For now, I have disable all plugins, and change the theme for one WP standard, and any of this solved the issue, that makes think the problem must be on server, my SSL Certificate was generated by Symantec.
