If you are adding the twitter on the sidebars, sometimes the sticky sidebars will not work for some plugins. So, try by removing the sticky sidebars. Go to Layout/Design Options > Sticky Sidebar Options and disable the sticky sidebar. Hope, this will help you to solve the issues.
