Thank you so much for your question regarding our theme Corporate Plus Pro. As per your question, you want to build the separate site using the same theme or are you going to build a multisite ? And we think you are using personal plan of theme, so in personal plan you can only use the theme on one site. If you use it on more than one, your theme will only activate on one site and only one site get support and updates. If you want to make the site in two languages, you can either use plugin or translate the theme manually using mo file.
