Reply To: parent / child forms no longer working

now when i go to ADD NEW PAGE on the right side under PAGE ATTRIBUTES it has TEMPLATE and ORDER….i do NOT have the PARENT / CHILD drop down selection. how do i get it back so i can create parent and child pages?
