I have the same issue.
After I import the demo content, the “customize” is no longer working —
1. clicked on the “customize”
2. the page returned to a blank page, with the left side no customizable menus, and the center stage is empty.
I have tried to delete the WordPress site completed, then reinstalled the theme again, still didn’t work.
But my license key is activated.
