I would like to know how to get rid of the background image showing up in the contact form. It is ugly and distracting. Thank you.

Thanks for using our theme. If you want to remove or change the image there, you have to customize the code or use the premium version of it. In the pro version, you can easily change the image and you will get lots of additional options too. http://acmethemes.com/themes/corporate-plus-pro
