content width?

I was hoping someone may have some clue why content width can show a different width. I’m using this wp network thing

these 2 versions, in english and in spanish, use the same template

but the content is wider. And this happens for all pages, you can see it by the bounding box. Even though they use the same template it seems that the original portuguese version shows content less wide. Maybe something to do with network or s.t? Does that make sense???

I’ve looked all over the template and I can’t seem to figure out why this is happening.
any ideas at all?
