When I go to Appearance – Customize – I can no longer see the full list of options. It just says “you are customizing site name” and show one option for widgets with a blank page. Is this due to the most recent WordPress update as it was not like this until i updated the site to the latest 4.9 version. Any advice on how to fix this?

I have done that but it made no difference? Deactivated all the plugins and reactivated one by one checking each time. Could it be due to the recent 4.9 wordpress update?
