How do I link to my websites Privacy Policy and its Terms of Use page from the footer like most websites have? Thank you for your help.

What I am wanting is simply to be able to provide a hyperlink to my Privacy Policy and to my Terms of Use pages from the footer.

Please follow the path below to put ceratin pages such as Privacy Policy and Terms of Use in the footer menu.
Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer Column One > Click on Add a Widget and choose Navigation Menu
Choose Primary Menu or any Menu that contains the page you want to have in the footer and click on DOne and publish it.
The pages will appear in the footer section.Best Regards!
