Please help. I need to know how to change the text on the front page. Such as : in coloumn Services and in second row(about us, contact).

I added text in the PAGES but it didnt show up in the front page. Any one could help?

It has come from the excerpt section. Please follow the path below:
Dashboard->Pages->All Pages->What we do->Screen Option->
Check the box on Excerpt and go down below to edit the text.
