1) while customizing the theme it keeps crashing when i click publish or update once a task is complete and im ready to save
2) i think some required plugins are missing, i downloaded contact form 7 separately for it to work, would like to know what else im missing so other shortcodes would work properly rather than just showing me the shortcode on the page
3) the website im working on is https://ooppar.com/can anyone help to guide me in the right direction so i can fix the website proper

1. Please update the theme to its latest version. This can also be an internet issue.
2. You can download and install Page builder by Site Origin plugin.Best Regards!
