When a visitor from a mobile device visits, the Menu burger bar opens but collapses immediately after making the menu non-usable.

I have exactly the same issue, I don’t know since when. A client draw me attention to that issue

Pleeeeease heeeeelp 🙂uffff, I figured it out: I use WP Rocket as caching/optimizing tool and I’m happy with it. Deactivating solves the problem.
WP Rocket has a lot of setting possibilities. I have to figure out which one is the villain.
btw: the menu worked fine when the browsers width is enough small that the menu changed to the burger type.I still have this issue and i’m not sure why. I tried disabling litespeed cache but it didn’t work. Any advice?

Thanks that worked but i have a Question. If i wanted the menu to be fully opened is this possible? If so please let me know the css i need to make that happen
