Over-large speaker image on speaker page

Hi – is there a way to resize the huge feature image on a speaker page?

This image appears at the top of the speaker’s individual bio page. The home page image of the speaker is fine, but the one on their individual page looks big and ugly.

I tried a Customize> Additional CSS fix:

.img {
max-width: 40%;
}

But that made no difference.
