Page Description

Good day,

I had requested information on the site description a couple days ago and am now wondering if you can assist with the page description for the home page. I just shared out our main URL http://ChicagoMusicGuide.com on Facebook and at the bottom of the post, it shows this:

This is all text that is actually [on] the page and I do not have a excerpt field for the home page to change this, do you know how I can get this changed?
