Remove category list on product page

Hello there,
Just below the add to cart button the list of categories and SKU is displayed. How can I remove this? Also, 9 out of 10 times that I add text/objects in the product short description field nothing happens – nothing show up on the page and the text/object is removed when the page edits are updated. Any idea why?

Thank you for your response.

The website is https://www.sparkplugsunlimited.com/New_temp_07082018/. I have attached an image that show two single product page – one where the added button to the product short description show up and the other does not. What I will like to be able to remove is what I have crossed out on the images.

Thanks for your response. Am I correct to assume that in the pro version I will be able to remove this and also consistently add text/object to the “short description” section of the single product page?
