    Hello dear community,

    one of the users here, already posted a question regarding this topic.

    I have set the front page as static, I have downloaded the required plugins and still, no dummy data upload is possible.
    I have followed the instruction here: https://doc.acmethemes.com/online-shop/#DummyData, however without success.
    WP tells me that “Some Error Occur While Importing Demo, Please contact theme support”.

    What can I do in order to fix this?

    Hello Heinz,

    There may be various reason for this issue, specially hosting settings are difficult to detect.
    Can you please contact us from here , on of our support team will import demo on your site for free.

    Also please read this blog, you can try by updating the server setting or ask your hosting provide to increase the values and try again.
