    Hello mcoyle1960,
    Thank you so much for using our theme and your interest for the premium version. If you want to save the settings and files, you can use the following three method for it,
    1. Download the XML file via Tools > Export and export the file.
    2. Download Customizer data via https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/ and export the data.
    3. Download Widget data via https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

    Hope this will help to import the files and settings. In addition, you can use the same method for import the data on next site as well.

    Hello dsl25,
    You need to customize the theme code for this case. Check the code file on assets/corporate-plus-custom.js and we are using BX Slider, check the Image Slider Section and customize the JS code.
    Try once yourself and let us know how it works.

    For such case, please put the content in the Excerpt section of that page. Go to Pages > Edit Page which you have to edit > Check Screen Options on Upper Right corner and Enable Excerpt from there. After that scroll down, you will see the Excerpt filed. Add the required content for your slider. The content of the excerpt field will appear on the slider and the content you added above on the content section will be on inner pages.     Thank you so much for using our theme Education Base Pro. There are no such options available on the theme to put different menus on different pages. Kindly check this plugin, it may be helpful.

    Search placeholder works on Search Widget. Go to Appearance > Widgets and Add the Search Widget on the sidebar and check it.

    Did you try by adding the smaller size of header image? Please check once by adding small image size for header and check it again.

    Please check your settings on all network Appearance > Customize. Maybe setting may be different. Also, check all the installed plugin as well. Sometimes plugin also causes such issues. Please check once from your side and let us know.
