As our above conversation, you need to put the featured image to avoid the No Image Available. Adding featured image is mandatory for this version. We are going to update the theme and on the next version, you will not face this problem. Please wait few days for this.

If you want to change the location of the menu, you need to familiar with the WordPress codes. Find the menu codes onacmethemes/hooks/header.phpfile and change the menu position as your need. It’s not a theme features and it’s a part of customization.Regards

Yes, if you missed to add the featured image on the video post, No Image Available will appear in place of featured image. So, please don’t forget to add the featured image on every post/page.

It seems that featured image is hide on blog page. Please see this screenshot and check the options on the customizer to enable the image on the blog page.
In the recent updates, we updated theme with added features, so kindly check all the options on the theme customizer.Let us know the results.

Thank you for using our theme. Video can’t be placed in place of featured image on slider. Video will only appeared on the single page. You can make the image of the video and place in the featured image. Hope, it will looks like the video and the visitor feel the illusion and when they click they will redirected to single page. In the single page you can place the video in place of featured image. We have video gallery widget, you can use that widget to show video on the widget area. Check this post to know how to make the video gallery.Regards

As per the documentation, our theme is using same coding standards. Our theme is developed and reviewed by the experience reviewers and developed based on WordPress standards, so you can use that plugin. You can check the codes as well onacmethemes/core.phpfile, you can see that codes as mentioned there.Regards

Thank you for using support forum for the query. We recommend you to check the plugin first on free version of out theme. If free version works, it will definitely work on premium version of our theme. Our theme is plugin compatible but we can’t guarantee all the plugin available on WordPress and other marketplace works well on the theme. Sometimes, plugin codes are not checked properly, some JS may conflicts with the theme. Try with the free version first and let us know the results as well.Regards
