Please follow the path to disable the Author info in blog and single post.
For Blog: Customize => Layout/Design Options => Default Blog/Archive Layout => Show Author.
For Single: Customize => Single Post Options => Meta Display Options => uncheck “Show Author”.Hello,

There are no options to change slider title uniquely but we will provide you custom CSS to change the slider title. First, you need to add all slider and send us the slider title accordingly. If you need to change title caps then also we provide you custom CSS.
