Hi,
I have this OnlineShopPRO theme and find it very useful, handy and friendly 😉
I have a lot of product categories in my store and even more sub-categories with the same name in different main-categories.
When I set up the theme widgets on main page – Featured Main Section (Left Section) – I select to show Products and that finding the Category – there is a tone of categories in drop down list without hierarchical order – can you fix this view to show categories hierarchically?

By default, this feature is not available in our theme. So, it requires theme customization. For theme customization, contact us with customization form. https://www.acmethemes.com/customization-request/Dear Support, I understand your business attitude, but the issue I’ve encountered is actualy a bug of the theme. You assume that every shop has just a several categories but have you ever test it with looots of categories and subcategories?
I’ve solve this kind of issue when editing menu with a short snip of code (plugin).

Maybe this will help you to fix the bug in your theme to preserve taxonomy hierarchy while widget personalizing.
