Thank you so much for using our theme. Please go to appearance > widget and add the widgets on sidebar. After that your widgets will appear on the respected sidebar area. Also check the options available on Appearanace > Customize.Thank you

You need to upload the high quality images first and then use that plugin to fix the images. If this plugin is not helpful, you can try Regenerate Thumbnail plugin as well.Thank you
