    This is unacceptable as a response. I purchased the theme from you, the demo site, demo data imports those widgets. The issue is with you as the supplier of a faulty product. You cannot offload your responsibility to a third party.

    If these are not available then they should not be in your template and downloaded in the sample data. I’m not about to go chasing a third party when I paid you for a product that it not up to standard.

    Please fix or provide a work around.

    Thank you for your reply. The widgets I’ve listed have placeholders in the Pages within the Prolific Pro theme, see the screenshot below.

    Is this a copy & paste error by the developer/designer of this theme and they can be ignored?

    Hi, any answer on where I can download the missing widgets from please? They are not part of any of the 3 demo data files I’ve imported.

    No problems I can do that. They are not in the download file. Where are they located?

    About us page:
    – Mercantile service
    – Mercantile fd column

    Contact page
    – Mercantile contact

    More testimonials

    It’s the ProlificPro theme, I see I’ve posted in the wrong forum.
