    Hello,

I appreciate your help with these issues. Here’s an update:

I was able to correct the issue in Chrome browsers (where a dark area appeared to the left of the slider) by selecting “FULL SLIDER.” Through trial and error, I found I had to delete the images then re-add them in order to function properly. This issue remains in the “TEXT SLIDER.”

Also in “TEXT SLIDER,” the button link does not work – did not work in the last version of Pro either. It directs to the source page and not the desired destination. (This function is not making it’s way to the HTML home page.)

Other photos added as widget backgrounds are not responsive, FYI.

    I’m okay for now… thanks.

I fixed the issue regarding content above the footer by selecting the HIDE FRONT PAGE CONTENT box. The others issues above remain though…

    Hi,

Now in Chrome, a dark area appears next to the slider (This is not happening in Safari):

And even though there is no content on the welcome page, it’s attempting to pull it in and adding a sidebar, just before the footer:

    Also:

    — Switching back from responsive image fouls up the scroller text.
    — The button in the scroller text redirects to the original page (where content is pulled from) no matter what you put in as a link or #section.
    — None of the other photos on the page are responsive and don’t appear correctly.

    Hello,

Here’s the bottom line: You’re offering a responsive web in 2017 that is not responsive. I’ve been extremely patient; my web is live. I’ve pointed out the slider image issue at nauseum and, for what it’s worth, will now mention that sub-menus do not appear on small screens. 48 hours to remedy this, or I’ll ask American Express for a refund, based upon the card’s limits. It’s fairly simple – Respond. Fix. Done.

You’re not selling art and language here, you’re selling a reproducible product. And I’m not a happy customer. Let’s just do this.

Thank you for providing more clarity. I am taking you to mean that there is an option for a user to create individual background scroller images for different end-users (people viewing the site at different resolutions). If this is correct, please point me to the instructions to accomplish that. I appreciate your willingness to find and answer and trust you are still working on a resolution. I’d like my site to appear as it does in the in-Wordpress preview for multiple devices.

Thank you for the rapid response. Unfortunately, your advice and your link do not fix or answer the problem of image scaling on the scroller on mobile devices. I’ve thoroughly read through your forums before I posted this question. Others have posed the same question. Please answer this question with a direct response so the community can move forward:

“When proportioned to your theme’s recommendations, the background slider photo does not appear properly on a mobile user’s actual device, including iPhone and iPad. The in-Wordpress preview of this responsiveness looks great, but does not mirror a user’s actual experience. I believe the image is remaining the same size on mobile devices (not scaling at all) and is appearing beginning with the upper left corner of the image.

######## -> The image remains the same size on mobile devices (not scaling at all) and is appearing beginning with the upper left corner of the image. The image is not behaving responsively. <– #######

Please respond. Website is http://www.ryandeal.com. With all the users of this theme, I believe the answer lies somewhere; please point me to it.

    Thank you!!
