I found the issue. This setting:

    Layoute/Design options > log/archive layout options > Exclude Categories In Blog/Archive Pages
Enter categories ids in comma separated eg: 3,5,7,95. For including all categories left blank

I had podcast category 22 in there before the latest update to hide it from my home page (i put them in a widget on the right). since the update, when looking at category 22 specifically, its still hiding them from showing. i need to be able to hide 22 from the home page post list, but not when looking at the category specifically. it worked on the last version of them theme.

(strangely, it also hid them from my dashboard post list.)

Here’s a post from /podcasts/ that shows as a post, but when you go to its parent subcategory, nothing. (just back up on the top breadcrumb links)

Those are both category pages, and should both work as they both have posts. Here are subcategories of each that behave as their parent does:

compare the two links. the first is empty. should be over 100 posts.

mine did this also. i changed them back, but when you hit the “default color” it goes back to blue, which tells me that future categories will default to blue. please advise.

i only used the right sidebar before. and sticky worked. i turned on the left sidebar, and only the right was sticky.

I can’t see any issue there. could it be that the left sidebar is wrapped with the middle content under “#primary-wrap”, whereas the right sidebar is independent?

I removed the alt value, but ad block still blocks it.

I even replaced all instances of the string “ads” with “avrts” in acmethemes/hooks/header.php and ad block still blocks it.

    Any idea?

No, I don’t want to remove it. I want to prevent adblockers from blocking it by removing any coded tags that would qualify. I noticed its alt=”” value was “ad banner”, which I believe services like ad blocker pick up on and use to block said content. where in the theme is that value set?
