Hello. My header ad banner is for an internal page, but services like adblock are blocking it. I think because the alt= value has ad and banner in it, which is what those services look for. How can that be removed?

You want to completely remove that banner section or you want to hide only on home page? Would you please check once by removing the ad blocker extension or check your site once on other browsers?

Acme SupportsNo, I don’t want to remove it. I want to prevent adblockers from blocking it by removing any coded tags that would qualify. I noticed its alt=”” value was “ad banner”, which I believe services like ad blocker pick up on and use to block said content. where in the theme is that value set?

Please find the alt codes onacmethemes/hooks/header.phpline 290. You can remove the alt tag code from there.Please check the codes and edit it.

I removed the alt value, but ad block still blocks it.
I even replaced all instances of the string “ads” with “avrts” in acmethemes/hooks/header.php and ad block still blocks it.
Any idea?

The section where the header image is previewed, developed as a form of Ads. So, if you only want to make it image and allows on Ad blocker as well, you need to customize the theme. Please request here for customization or find the customizer.
