Thank you for your reply here in the forum.
1. Do you know what you edited on parent theme?
2. Do you know the added/removed codes on parent theme?
3. Do you know all the changed you made on parent theme?
We suggest you move all the changes on the child theme, and replace the parent theme with the new one(Download and replace it). And check your site.
P.S. Please do all these things on staging site or on the local server. Make sure you properly backup your site first.Thank you

1. To control the number of words on the blog page is available on the premium version of this theme. So we recommend you to use premium version. Otherwise you need to customize the theme.
2. In case of image, we recommend you to use the high-quality image and use acme fix images to make the size. If the image you are using is of small size/quality it will not work.

It’s simple to replace the default ads image on the header. You can’t hide it, you can just replace the image with your own image. Please follow the docs for more help. Please find the advertisement section on header section inside customizer.Thank you
1. You can put categories on menu like demos to show the other pages. It’s default features. Just check pur demo and click on category name, you will get the similiar page for specific categories like blog page.
2. This features to control the featured post number in premium version. So we recommend you to buy premium version for it.Thank you
Please check Setting > Reading to change the number of post. Also check Appearance > Customize to check the theme setting.

It seems that you edited theme code. Please delete that theme and upload new version theme.

Thank you so much for using our theme. This theme is based on widgets. Please go to Appearance – widgets and add the widget AT Col Post widget on Home main content widget area and select the category there.
You can make categories and add categories on Menu via Appearance – Menus.
You can check theme document througly and hope you will get some idea regard theme.
