You have a field to change the graduation cap on the Appearance – Customize. Please check all the available options on the customer because all the theme settings are there. You can change font awesome class to change that icons.
RegardsIs there any post assigned on the specific categories? If category is empty, no categories will appear there. So first check the post category have post there and check featured image on every posts.

To change the position of photo of Team section and also if you need to change the position, please change the page published date. Recent date and time post/page will be the first items and so on. So it’s the best idea to change the published date.
RegardsYou don’t have backup of database as well? We think server should have backup. We will consult with the developer team for this problem. May they will have some idea.

You can just edit the text via template files because there is no any options for it.Please find words “Store” on woocommerce.php and change according to your need.

RegardsPlease try to find which module of jetpack is causing issues. Hope any one of the module is causing issues instead of all jetpack plugin.
P.S. In case of updates, if you edited theme codes directly, your changes will lost so make sure everything before update.Regards
