    I just bought ACMEPhoto pro and added my website for the license. But I cannot find an option to convert the free to the pro theme.

    I found the solution of my own. I thought I could activate the free theme and convert it to pro.
    Of course the usual way is install the pro theme.

    I solved it by zipping up the files that were sent to my downloaded folder. I was then able to upload to wordpress. So solved!!

    I struggled with this too. When I purchased the upgrade to the pro version there was no documentation that explained that I needed to download the pro version as an entirely different and new theme, and then install it. It would be helpful to those that upgrade to explain that clearly in the documentation, like have a section called “Upgrade instructions”. Also, in those instructions, it would probably be helpful to call out all the things that need to be reconfigured when you install the upgraded pro theme.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I recently bought supermagpro-3.0.1 premium version.

    I used the free version for over a month before I buy the premium I added data content (for example posts, images, galleries, categories etc)

    My question to you is how can I upgrade to premium version without affecting my website customization???

    It’s very important for me to do it safely.

    Your previous settings won’t get affected by activating the Pro theme. But we suggest you to keep backup of your site with previous settings.

    When I go to install the Pro theme, it says this –

    Installing plugin from uploaded file: acmephotopro-3.0.1.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

    What do I do?
