Ad above article theme and social icons

I have two questions.
I don’t see the icons of the social networks at top right area (in the photo is where No 1 is) and I want to ask where in options is set the google ad to appear above article theme ( I want to place mine ad there – No 2 in the photo)

I have installed the latest version that came out yesterday, but the problem with the icaons didn’t fix
