Is there a recommended plugin for adding widgets to other pages or posts? Also, is there any way to use the featured section option from the home page on another page?

Thank you so much for your questions. SuperNewsPro widgets are specially designed for Home page and Sidebars. If you want to use the widgets on the other pages too, we suggest you to use Page Builder plugin. Hope, this plugin will help you for it.
In the case of featured section on inner pages too, you need to customize the theme. Because there is no any ready made options for it.
Note: Child theme is recommended to customize theme.Best Regards,
