I’m running into an issue where the AT Service Section widget cuts off content even when I increase the word count display beyond what I actually need. How do I stop it from cutting off my content?

Hi! The website isn’t live yet so I can’t provide a link. Here’s a screenshot, however. The wordcount is currently set to 5,000 but it doesn’t matter if it’s set to 800 or 10,000 the result is the same. (Setting it to 0, however, does eliminate the text.)

Thank you for the follow up. I’ve coded a new module as a work around. Should I need to pursue this further I’ll be in touch.

@Acmesupports I chose to avoid the module all together to get the project completed. It is not used in one of my live projects, so I don’t have additional screen shots beyond what I already uploaded. Clearly I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I would appreciate any updates if this issue gets fixed, however.

@Marieke My work around was to use the custom HTML block and hand code a module. It’s not as elegant as the AT Service Widget, but it’s at least functional.
