I am using the AT Team/Speakers widget on my home page. When the page loads the first image in the carousel displays full size as the first thing on the page. Are there settings that I am missing that would cause this to happen?

If you scroll the the bottom section of the home page on a desktop and refresh you can see the behavior.I placed the widget on another page and the same this is occurring

You can try by enabling the intro loader option. Please follow the path below:
Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Layout/Design Option->Intro Loader Options
Check the box on Intro Loader Options
