    Hi,

    I am trying to install the Mercantile Pro child theme (or make the child theme for the Mercantile Pro theme)

    Anytime I try to activate it, it activates but the text and layout is all wacky and out of place. The menu, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you so much for using our theme MercantilePro. Please follow this link to know how to make the Child Theme based on standards.
    If you followed the same steps already, we recommend you to copy all the style.css codes on parent theme and paste it on the child theme. Sometimes, this will help to solve the issues. Let us know if you have any confusion or not.
