I did the steps indicated in the “Content from the demo” and does not work the same, missing images, features, menu options, etc. You can check in http://www.aicsoluciones.com/sites
I think, while adding the dummy content, you missed there to checked Upload Attachment also. Please make sure there. You can use the blog post help to make the site as demo too. If featured image is missing, you can add the featured image individually on the pages too.
