    Hi,
    I just got the license and I want to upgrade from Demo to pro (WITHOUT CLEARING MY WEBSITE)
    Is there a URL or guide that show me how to do it?

    Dear Mostafa,
    Please follow the path below to upgrade your site to Pro:
    Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Click on Upgrade to Pro
    Then simply follow the steps.
    Moving your site from Free to Pro won’t affect your previous work. However, we suggest you keep back up of your file.

    I followed the steps till Customize
    After that, there’s nothing that says “Upgrade” at all.

    I get license yesterday for Online shop pro, how can i activate my license of Online shop pro template.

    Also i can not see any activating button it’s a little bit complicated and shows error while installing “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found”

    Would you please advice how to activate and install?.

    Dear Atul,
    You can enter the license n the Theme License Option just under Online Shop Pro and activate the theme.

    I get this when i try to install the Demo:

    Uploading Zip…
    Unzipping File…
    Invalid ZIP destination file /home/bidding1/public_html/wp-content/uploads/acme-demo-importer/acme-demo-setup
    xml file not included
    wie file not included
    dat file not included

    Please where can I download the Zip of this Demo

    Please if the demo cant be loaded up, how do I apply for a refund. I only got this theme because I thought I could use the demo on my site
