    I have tried applying different feature images to different pages, but it always pulls the main one under the customize settings.

    Jadon Veldman,
    There are two template options (‘Default template’ & ‘ At Builder ‘) in every page.Here are their working methods.
    i). When you choose default template then the header image of customize will appear in featured section.
    ii). When you choose At Builder then you have to add banner size image at the top of page builder elements.

    I’m not looking to add another banner image. There should be a way to edit the background banner image already at the top of each page.

    Individually, not across all of them.

    Dear Jadon,
    To change the header image of each pages. Here is the path, Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Header Options => Header Image. But it effect across all of them.
    Note: To set banner image in each page differently , then you have to follow the second option of template options.
