I have a regular license and a developers Licence and the Woo Commerce/shopping plugin is causing conflicts and needs to be removed permanently as Woo is not being used on this site. When I remove the plugin the Woo plugin must have webhooks as it comes back. Can someone please provide steps to permanently remove this irksome plugin webhooks and all so it never regenerates with an update or for any reason, please?
