When I have the featured slider enabled, it’s stretching and skewing the featured images, rather than fitting it width-wise. How do I correct this?

We recommend you to use the high quality image and use the Acme Fix Images to make the image size. Please follow the theme documentation. Kindly follow the whole theme documentation.Regards

If the images quality are low in size, the image will stretched. So, we recommend you to use the high quality image for it.
a. Set the images size on Setting > Media as mentioned size on documentation.
b. Install and Activate Acme Fix Images plugin and fix the image size.
c. You must have the high quality image. If the images are in low size, it will appear as blur.Hope you understand.

I see now that the images aren’t wide enough, hence the stretching.
Is there any way to fit it by height instead of width?
Its a part of customization. If the requirements are not meet with the theme features, you need to customize the theme.

The dimension of the slider image is840*480whereas, the size is automatically cropped by the acme fix images. This things is somehow complex, so it takes a lot time for the customization. Better you provide us what you exactly need with the screenshot, and we will try to find the better way. Ok?Thank You
