I have fields in WordPress for some pages where I can put my content but they don’t show up when I update. I have about three different fields in WordPress and no matter what content you put in, it’s just not visible in the live page. The top field that does show up in the live page only has a very limited amount of space so you can put about two sentences in before it’s cut off on the live page and you can’t see the rest! This theme seems to be completely rigid and unless you’re a developer seems to be very hard to customise for your own use.
I want to be able to put content in a page and it show up when it’s updated, can you please explain why I can’t? I’d love to show you a screenshot too but your support forum doesn’t allow that by the look of it.December 6, 2016 at 7:51 am #11301acmesupportsModerator
Hello Kirsty Hay,
Thank you so much for your question regarding our theme. If you have the custom field on backend, and if you want to pull it on front end, you need to add the code on the template files as well. Backend field are not automatically visible on the from end. If the theme have the such field and if that is not working, please let us know. We will correct it. Can you please provide us the link of your site as well?
We request you to take the reference from Documentation and Blog post for more help and supports.

Can you please provide some actual detail how to do this? I do not know how to add code into the template as I am not a developer. I can send you links and screenshots if you provide an email that I can send them to.December 7, 2016 at 4:29 am #11333
