ParticipantHello, using Education Base Pro – 3.0.0 https://www.newcenturyeducation.org/ and am experiencing the footer content superimposing / overlapping onto the pages when using certain browsers from Windows 10 computers. One day the problem might surface when using Chrome and not Edge or Firefox, and last for 1 day. Then several days later, the problem might surface with Firefox and not Chrome or Edge. It’s random and intermittent. The problem has never appeared on android phones with any browser Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Opera, etc.
I’ve updated all plugins, unchecked the footer enable to go to the top box. I don’t know what starts the problem, what makes it go away, or return again. Using this template was trouble free for several months, I then migrated the site & template to AWS and have no idea if that process/installation in some way gave rise to this issue as I never had the problem on the previous server.
Any insights, tips, etc. on troubleshooting this, much appreciated, thank you!
