    Issue: Update the footer text color and it doesn’t change. Defaulting to black regardless of setting.
    UI Navigation: >Customizing >>Layout/Design Option >>>Advanced Color Options >>>Footer Text Color

    Repro: Set color to red. Publish
    Expected: footer text is red
    Actual: footer text is black

    It seems that the footer text has been changed into red.
