Is it possible to create a splash page with this theme?

I’d like to set up a splash page to temporarily replace the standard homepage, for a timed promotion we are running.

So, on arriving at our site via the basic URL, user sees the splash page, but can then click through to get to the main homepage.

I’ve tried adjusting the ‘Homepage Settings’ in the theme to display a different static page as the homepage, but it still just shows the existing homepage.

Hello ,

By default there is no options to create a splash page.
But we think you can create splash page using the plugins like

Very Simple Splash Page

WP Splash Page

Use one of the plugin and try.
