In the help document, https://doc.acmethemes.com/acmeblogpro/#HeaderOptions, it states:

How to setup site logo and its options?

From Customize, go to Header Options then Logo Options
You will find advanced Logo Options

In my version of AcmeBlogPro, I do not see Logo Options under Header Options. I wanted to center my logo within the header bar and don’t see a non-intrusive way to do so.

Dear Alfonso,
Logo options are moved under Site Identity. Can you please check Appearance > Customize > Site Identity > Logo ?

Are these the options I’m intended to have? If I want to center the logo will I need to get into the code an tinker?

You need to enable the Date on the left side to make the logo in the centre. Please check the header options to enable the date on header. Hope this helps you.
