    The logo has been missing from the theme output. We did have one set in the Customizer but it isn’t outputting anymore to the header. Just the top level wrapper is there. No code or anything within it.

    <div class="site-logo float-left"> </div>

    And now the Customizer is not loading.

    Any thoughts?

    After testing some plugins, the plugin, Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin (AWPCP), seems to have the issue with the Customizer and your template. The same plugin works fine with the WordPress install and a different them.

    I am also contacting the plugin author about the same issue.

    Any help you can provide with the Customizer is appreciated.

    We still need to work out the Logo issue as well.

    Hello James,
    Thank you so much for your question regarding our theme.
    1. Have you enabled, Logo Only from the Setting there ? You will get a multiple options inside the Site Identity. After adding the logo, please click on Logo Only to enable it.
    2. We will check that plugin on our theme and inform you about the issue. Because there are numbers of plugin available, so we didn’t check all the plugin. We only check the major plugin. We will inform you later.

    1. Yes, that is the setting it’s been at. When I try the others without the logo those seem to work. The logo only is the one with the issue.

    Any additional help would be appreciated.

    Hello James,
    While viewing your site, you made a child theme and customize theme parent theme. In this case you have edited lots of code over there. So, while editing code, did you edit the files from acmethemes/hooks/header.php. If so, please let us know or compare the code of child theme and parent theme inside that file. We are in confusion that, what you changed over there. So, please once check the above file or replace the file of child theme with parent theme. But, make sure you have backup of all the files. 🙂

    We managed to clear the logo issue.

    Have you made any heads or tails of the AWPCP issue with the Customize page?

    Hello James,
    Thanks for your question. We haven’t checked that plugin with our theme, although our theme is plugin compatible and hope AWPCP will also work. It may need some CSS cusomization to make it good. Please let us know if you have any query and provide us the details about your requirements.

    I can’t imagine why CSS would cause a PHP white screen on the Customize screen in Appearance. We really need to get this squared away and have asked AWPCP the same thing.

    Any thoughts or pointers would be helpful.
