    Hi,

    In mobile, when trying to scroll the primary menu sometimes the background page scroll and the menu will not move. Why is this and can it be edited so that the menu screens better?

    For the primary menu when it appears on mobile and smaller screen, is it possible to collapse the sub menu so that the list is not so long?

    Hello Amy,

    It is normal browser behavior, if you are focusing the menu the scroll of the mobile will move and if you are focusing the outer space than menu , the outer space will move.
    It is not possible without customization of the theme, normal CSS wont work.
